I hear people ask me "why isn't Arbonne cheap"?

Well, because it isn't cheap! Our products are health and wellness products, not just skin care, not just make-up, not just lotions....they actually contribute to your HEALTH, not take away from it. Years ago I used to make my annual trip to Bath & Body Works on Black Friday to stock up for the year and get gifts for all the girls in my life...never again!!!!😱

Gift sets full of lotions, bath bombs, make up, perfumes etc are sold in all the stores. Targeting women and now young girls. We wonder why so many girls are going through puberty at younger ages, why they’re having female problems, emotional melt-downs, migraines, weight fluctuations, etc? The list can go on and on. These products are full of TOXIC chemicals that disrupt the endocrine system. The endocrine system regulates hormones, metabolism, sexual development, and reproduction. The toxins in these products are wreaking havoc on our bodies and people we love are using them all day everyday.
No. Just no. They are worth so much more than that. I will not keep my mouth shut about this epidemic because if it changes just one family then it is worth it.

Take a look at the ingredients on the back of your favorite bath/shower gels, lotions, perfumes, and cosmetics. Google the ingredients. The toxins don't discriminate. It doesn't matter if you purchased your favorites at B&BW, Target, Dillards or Nordstrom’s. Toxins are toxins. Most of these products are filled with carcinogens and endocrin disrupters.

Our skin is our largest organ. The ingredients get absorbed into our bloodstream within 26 seconds, & even quicker for kiddos who will absorb up to 50% more than an adult would as their bodies are still growing. Toxic exposures will put a child at higher risk for disease(s) later in life.
I know those beautiful gift sets & marketing can reel you in, but please watch out for yourself & your loved ones! ❤️

So many ingredients to avoid...

🚫Butylene Glycol: found in anti-freeze & break & hydraulic fluid. It can cause an increased skin reaction in people with sensitive skin. It can also be called Propylene Glycol.

🚫Isopropyl Alchohol: may cause premature aging of skin. Also found in anti-freeze. It strips skin of natural acid mantle, promoting growth of bacteria. It can cause headaches, flushed skin, dizziness, nausea & vomiting, & mental depression according to A Consumer’s Dictionary of Cosmetic Ingredients.

🚫Tetrasodium EDTA: contains formaldehyde & a known skin & lung irritant

🚫BHT: this fragrance has been linked to organ system toxicity & a known skin, eye, & lung irritant

🚫Disodium EDTA: neurotoxin linked to brain damage & liver changes in animals

🚫Diazolidinyl Urea: this chemical releases formaldehyde into your body. Mayo Clinic says formaldehyde can irritate the respiratory system, cause skin reactions, trigger heart palpations, immune system toxicity, & cancer in humans. Exposure may cause joint pain, depression, headaches, dizziness, loss of sleep, chronic fatigue, ear infections, allergies, & chest pains. It can also trigger asthma & aggravate colds! Formaldehyde is a known carcinogen found in Johnson and Johnson baby care products, skincare, antiperspirants, & hair dyes.

🚫Methylparaben & Propylparaben: directly linked to breast cancer. In mice it had estrogenic effects which caused damage to the s***m formation in the te**es. It may contribute to sterility in males, hormone imbalances in females, and cause early puberty. A relative of methylparaben, sodium methylparaben has been banned in the E.U.

Some other common names for paraben’s are ethyl-, butyl-, & isobutyl- all ending with paraben. These do not have to be labeled, so sometimes companies will not list within ingredients panel.

🚫Linalool can cause adverse skin reactions & is used for cockroach insecticide.

🚫Ceterareth-20: ENHANCES the absorption of ALL above chemicals”

Arbonne bans OVER 2000 toxic ingredients that other companies routinely use in their products!!

NOT because they have to, because they WANT to!!!

⚠️ I have had so many people admit to me in the last couple weeks that they don’t remove their makeup, replace their mascara regularly, or wash their face daily.

My reaction is always 😱, and this is why:

Hello, my name is demodex folliculorum and I live in the pores of the skin of your face - I am a mite that is present on almost everyone! And I am why it's important to wash your face and remove makeup!! 😉

The only way you can see me is with a microscope. I measure between 0.3 and 0.4 mm, and like spiders, I have 8 legs.

I like living in hair follicles that you have in your nose, cheek and eyelashes. These are places where there's more fat to feed me.

I feed on your secretions and your dead skin. I can put up to 25 eggs in every hair follicle. 🥚 🤢

My digestive system is not able to eliminate my waste, so I accumulate them in my body until I explode and die. My “remains” cause hypersensitivity reactions. 💩

According to some studies I can cause infections on eyelids and rosacea in some people.

So.... are you going to remove your makeup tonight? Are you going to invest in a good skincare regime?

Green smoothies are a powerful way to improve your health through a straw. Before Arbonne I was trying to eat a pound of veggies a day but with mixed results because it wasn’t always practical and some days just hard to eat raw veggies. However when you can blend and stick a straw in it, not only do I enjoy it more and get it done, but you can totally take it on the road with you in to-go containers. Healing has never been so healing or convenient as it is now. And delicious! For free recipes PM me!! .

When I say clean eating I mean they are the best way to give your digestion a break and fill you up on a whole lot of good stuff!! 3 servings of fruits in veggies just in my -that means an 8hr window of getting my nutrients in so that my body can really take this last week to finish off its WEEK4 and I have so much energy, sleeping better, thinking clearer and will give the stats at the end! Happy Monday my friends 🥰.

What are you letting your kids put on their skin??? Is what you have in your home, product wise, free of harmful toxins? Shampoo/Bubble bath/Body creams/Nappy creams/Hand wash.

Read your labels and educate yourself!
