With expertise extending to residential homes, new home consulting, foreclosures, farm and ranch, vacant lots, acreage, corporate relocation, investors, training, educating and assisting in the facilitation of selling probate estates - Anna knows how to get things done right! Growing up in Houston Heights cultivated her appreciation for diversity. After graduating from John H. Reagan High School, she launched into a corporate career in Downtown Houston, refining her communication and negotiation skills practiced now for over 30 years. This background has molded Anna into a fearless professional dedicated to ensuring her real estate clients always succeed. In the late 90's Anna left Harris County for a more rural life in Montgomery County which led to being introduced to real estate by lending a hand at a title company and working in a land surveyor's office. As an entrepreneur in early 2000's Anna settled into her ranchette in Waller County where she founded and produced barrel racing and equestrian trade shows in Southeast Texas while also competing as a member of the Women's Professional Rodeo and American Quarter Horse Association. In 2007, Anna became a Texas REALTOR® and was a Top Producer from her first year on. Additionally, with lifelong involvement in the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo, as a Committeeman, a horse owner, a competitor, and a two-time Top Ten AQHA World Championship Pole Bending awardee, Anna is considered a Champion both in and out of the arena. In 2017, Anna became connected with a local estate planning law firm and discovered an in-depth knowledge of how estate planning/probate and real estate work together. As the law firm's Client Services Coordinator, Anna appeared on behalf of the firm at networking events and speaking engagements as well as facilitated the law firm becoming a CE Course Provider for the Texas Real Estate Commission. Anna continues to serve the law firm to coordinate classes and events for REALTORS® and resource partners, providing guidance on Real Property, Probate and Trust-related real estate issues. In 2023, Anna became an Empty Nester, bidding farewell to her 20 years of volunteer service in her local schools and youth sports. Adjusting to her youngest son going to college and supporting her oldest son traveling the world serving our U.S. NAVY, she embraced a new role. Channeling her enthusiasm for educating others in her profession by becoming a real estate Mentor/Coach and obtaining her Broker's License is creating endless Win/Win results for all.
