What We Do
The All-Lines Adjusters (ALA) of Texas Youth & Community Program is for youth and community members who want to become licensed, responsible, and knowledgeable all-lines adjusters in the State of Texas. This program is being provided in partnership with the Insurance Career Training Center (ICTC).

My son played football all his life. We KNEW he was going to the NFL. Then we found out he had a heart condition his senior year.
No more football. What now?
Depression. Fear. Uncertainty. That was just ME. I can only image what he was going through.
His friends were going off to college with football scholarships. D1. D2. He was hurt. I was hurt for him.
We had to figure something out. Something to get him out of his room. To want to live again.
So he became an All-Lines Insurance Adjuster.
Helping people recover after a loss. Hurricanes, tornadoes, freezing, auto accidents...you name it.
Getting paid well to do it I'll add.
Now he drives his new car to visit his friends on campus AND finally decided to enroll.
The best part, HE said he will pay for it himself. That's my boy!
We want to help other youth "adjust" their life by educating them about the opportunity and providing resources to succeed.
Although our focus is youth, EVERYONE is welcome to attend.

Hey Family!...last night we meet for our last class of the ICTC Online Property Adjuster Mentorship Program.
It's been an amazing 6-weeks and we've made some lifelong friends.
