What is it like owning 7 figure business and having 4 kids?

If I could describe it, I’d describe it like a long long road trip with a vehicle full of people and your super tired but your fighting fatigue every second because if you fall asleep you will certainly crash. It’s kinda like that. I’d describe it as equally rewarding as it is painful. Most people cannot tolerate the pain and severely under estimate the brutal work ethic you have to have every single day to progress. The weather , our feelings and circumstance don’t matter. You gotta keep drivin.

All of the people you think are your people may not be. The people who are your people you will see it in what they DO and where they are. Not so much in what they say. Pay attention to their feet, are they with you? Are they literally with you or are they elsewhere.

Take care of those humans. Support them, lead them protect and develop them. Your leaders will be built in the middle of all the noise. Support them in achieving their dreams along side you.

You gotta slow and get clear so you can grow yourself and your company. The leader is the lid.

Having kids in the middle of all this is horrifically difficult , however at the same time they’re all that matter in the end.

Perspective

There is 1,000,001 things that you may think you need to do to grow your business. When really you need to focus on around 4 to 5 key performance indicators to grow.

Failure is mis understood.

You are only successful through learning lessons from your failures.

You then grow passed that problem only to then again be met by a new problem.

The challenge is that there are always new problems to solve behind solving every solution.

This is the yellow brick road my friend.

I love it here .

We all will age but we don’t have to get “old.”
