🌿Wake and Bake sessions!?....what’s your choice of smokable herb or blends??

🌿Smoking allows us to take within us, through our breath, the essence and healing properties of nature. The practice of smoking herbs; whether for religious ceremonies and/or rituals, medicinal value, relaxation or pleasure; has been around since prehistoric times. Smoking tools have been found among discoveries at prehistoric sites and there is even written documentation referring to the ritual of smoking dating back 5000+ years.

🌿There is a large variety of herbs, florals, and woods that can be smoked. Below I’ve begun to compile a list along with their benefits, to share. (Part 2 and 3 coming soon)
