Ok, this is long over due.
If you have been keeping up with the YouTube channel, you have heard me talk about being intentional.
Protein intake is critical for muscle development and you want to turn every stone to ensure that you are getting enough. This cost me roughly $10.00 and I use it for two things. One, obviously for the protein and two, to fight off that sweet tooth! If you have late night cravings or cravings at random times of the day (almost everyone does) be intentional about what you have at home.
