Born and raised in Houston, Josh discovered his love for cooking early on while helping his mom in the kitchen, from baking cakes to hosting holiday family dinners.

In college, he found the perfect blend of service and food while working in hospital room service, helping patients order and enjoy their meals. That experience sparked a deeper passion for hospitality and cuisine.

Now part of the team at The Cookery, Josh loves exploring new restaurants and recreating his favorite dishes at home, always with his trusted taste tester, his dog Macchiato, by his side. 🐾🍴
