Found this start apple in China Town while in Honolulu!!

First time to try it! It's not very sweet.. and mostly jelly like inside. I would eat it again considering the great health benefits I found online!👇

🍄🥬SPINACH && MUSHROOM QUESADILLAS🥬🍄

Ingredients:
*Organic White button mushrooms
*Organic spinach
*Violife Mature Cheddar Slices
*Salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste
*Daiya Ranch & Sriracha for sauce
*Tortillas (homemade or store bought)...I was going GF with this meal so I used Mission GF Tortillas.

Sautee mushrooms with salt, pepper, and garlic powder until almost soft. Then add spinach and cover. Allow spinach to wilt a bit then top with cheese and cover again.

Heat the tortillas on one side. After you flip add your filling on one half of the tortilla and fold over. Heat that side then flip and heat the other.

Mix Daiya ranch & Sriracha together depending on the level of spice you like. Drizzle on top.

ENJOY!
