So happy to have spent time at the North Dakota School Board Association conference. State Superintendent Kirsten Baseler welcomed over 60 participants discussing the state's vision for improving student outcomes. Laurie Elliott facilitated a panel of school board superintendents and board members who have completed and are implementing the "Be Legendary School Board Institute". Thank you, Dickinson, Ellendale, and Nedrose Public Schools, for sharing how board members can improve student outcomes.

Elliott and McMahon, LLC will be hosting a panel discussion of board members who have experienced the Be Legendary School Board Institute on Friday. The North Dakota Department of Public Instruction (DPI) is investing $500,000 in federal relief funds to create a comprehensive school board training institute, which includes two years of ongoing coaching for participating board members.
