☀️ Summer Camp is in full swing, Alhamdulillah! ☀️

Our students have jumped right into a summer filled with learning, personal growth, and community. Through engaging activities, Islamic enrichment, and meaningful experiences, we aim to provide an environment that nurtures knowledge, character, and Islamic values. From Quran and Islamic studies to games, crafts, and teamwork, we are grateful for a wonderful first day together!

We look forward to the weeks ahead and pray that Allah ﷻ places barakah in this time, benefits our students with beneficial knowledge, and makes this a memorable and enriching experience for all.

🌟Students of the Month🌟

📿 Eisa Sattani is currently in Middle School and near the end of Hifdh journey. The last few months he has shown an exceptional push by completing his work on time, improving his style of reading, and also setting the bar high for himself.

🚀 Soundiata Keita is a junior in highschool who ended of the year really strong. Spending time on his end of year project, studying extra hard for SATs, and having the zeal to learn with perfection and creating a studious environment! As a Hafidh and a graduate of our ʿĀlimiyyah we are excited to see what is in store for him his senior year!

🌱 Jibraan Ahsan is currently a student at the University of Houston and a second year ʿĀlimiyyah student where we hold the students to a very high standard. He has shown great manners in the small things that the teachers continuously push towards which gives him the spot light for this award.

✨ Quran Night at Hamd ✨

Alhamdulilah this past Friday we had a beautiful event where we had our beloved guest and students spend an evening reciting the words of Allah in the most beautiful manner!

Congratulations to all the students for reaching major milestones in their Quranic journey! Alhamdulilah we had so many students who completed their Qaida, Nazara and milestones in their Hifdh journey! We ask Allah to grant them even more success! We also had our first ever Fundamental students complete their first year in the Fundamentals program!

In sha Allah, tomorrow is the blessed Day of ‘Arafah.

A day where dua’s are answered, sins are forgiven, and mercy is endless. Don’t let this day pass without remembering Allah, making du’a for yourself and others, and filling your tongue with dhikr.

May Allah accept our fasting, forgive our shortcomings, and grant us the best in this life and the next. Ameen. Pray 🤲🏽

🌟 We’re excited to announce that we will be having our annual Quran Competition!

📿 Inshallah the first round of the Quran Competition will be taking place at Hamd Institute on June 27th. There are 4 categories that are available for participation:
- Level 1: Any 2 Juz - Ages 12 and under
- Level 2: Any 5 Juz - No age limit
- Level 3: Any 10 Juz - No age limit
- Level 4: Any 15 Juz - No age limit

Participants will be tested on their memorization, tajweed, and recitation quality.

Last week, our 8th grade, high school, and ʿĀlimiyyah students traveled to Austin for a student retreat focused on growth, building true brotherhood, benefiting from the companionship of their teachers, and creating lasting memories together. 🤝🌿
