Most of us have seen the Ikigai diagram. That neat intersection of:

Itโs helpful. It gives clarity. But itโs incomplete.

I call it ๐๐๐ผ๐ฑ๐ฎ๐ต ๐ฆ๐ฝ๐ถ๐ฟ๐ถ๐๐๐ฎ๐น ๐๐ธ๐ถ๐ด๐ฎ๐ถ, which is a "purpose framework" rooted in the Hebrew word Avodah, meaning work, worship, and service.
Avodah isnโt about personal alignment alone. Itโs about spiritual obedience. Itโs about discovering:

.. Avodah helps you step into your calling. It is about being steadfast in hope, trust, faith, and belief. It requires patience. It requires surrender.
