What are your thoughts on leadership?

Do you have a word of the year for 2023? For yourself? For your business was?

I’ve been praying that the Lord would give me one over the last month or so. This week He has clearly shown me. 💕 He knows what I will need much better that I do.

ROOTED is my word this year and the scripture He has given me is Jer 17:7-8.

It is my job to stay focused on this word, to walk it out in all areas of my life, and to allow the Lord to create space to grow me in these areas as He continues to develop me.

Exciting. Yes.
Scary. Ummmm, a little.
