There were many experiences that led to my decision to create my own Autism Treatment Center. Since this decision, I have been taking the necessary steps to ensure that the quality of service people receive is the ultimate best as I continue my practice in Applied Behavior Analysis.

All of my research, experience, and education will allow me to build a company where people feel valued and benefit from the cultural differences of practitioners (something that was lacking in many of the businesses I worked for). Many times, I was the only male therapist at the ABA centers I worked and the only person of color. Diversity has always been an issue in this field I have dedicated my life to. This lack of diversity forced me to be under a microscope, constantly being observed by others who hoped I fit the stereotypes they tightly held on to. I was constantly walking on eggshells...
