This Saturday, April 18th, is our community garage sale for Shadow Oaks and Royal Oaks. Great opportunity to spring clean, or get out and treasure hunt in the neighborhood!

The Houston Police Department Northwest Station will host their monthly PIP Meeting on Tuesday, April 21st at 7pm at the Faith Center.

This month’s meeting will feature a presentation on the upcoming Amazon Air Drone Delivery service coming to District A. An Amazon representative will share details, timelines, and address public safety concerns.

Topics will include:
What happens if a delivery drone malfunctions mid-flight
Drone capabilities to audio and video
Potential noise impacts from drone activity
Privacy considerations for residents and property

COH Solid Waste Updates

COH Public Works Announces Water and Wastewater Increases Effective April 1, 2026.

Reminder - Community Garage Sale is scheduled for Saturday April 18th. Great opportunity to do some spring cleaning and make some extra cash!

Shadow Oaks is enrolled in the City of Houston's Prohibited Yard Parking (PYP) Program. Homeowners may report a PYP violation directly to the City by calling 311 or emailing [email protected]. Once reported, the City handles enforcement. Please note that any resident who violates the PYP Requirement Area ordinance is guilty of a misdemeanor and may be fined up to $150 per day for each day the violation continues.

We appreciate everyone's cooperation in keeping Shadow Oaks looking its best.

Spring Fling at Nob Hill Park this Saturday, March 28th from 10am-noon!

There will be Concession items, Face Painting, Pictures with the Easter Bunny, the Texas Bubblers will be back with fun bubble stations, and an egg hunt for the kids. Egg hunt should be right around 11. There will be a raffle drawing immediately after the egg hunt, so be sure and sign in when you arrive.

Big shout out to Theresa Landa with Houstonian Properties for donating all the eggs and sponsoring the Texas Bubblers.
