We want to congratulate our Bobcat representatives at the district’s GT Expo this week, like Snezhana!

We hope you enjoyed Walk, Bike, and Roll to School Day, Bobcats!!!

Hey Bobcats! This year we pulled off something truly special. 💛💙 Field & Fun Day was a success in every way, beautiful weather, joyful kids, unforgettable activities, and together we raised over $81,000 (and counting) for our school. That alone is incredible.

Our volunteers showed up and showed out. You gave your time, your energy, your creativity, and your heart, and it was felt in every corner of the day. The laughter, the organization, the joy, it all reflected YOU. Today was beautiful, because this community is beautiful. 💛💙

Next up (Friday 4/2), Baker’s Egg Hunt… who’s ready to jump in and help? 😄

Wonder-filled,
Randi + Jemine

“Through reading, the child discovers ideas beyond his immediate environment and extends his mind into new worlds.”
— Maria Montessori, From Childhood to Adolescence

Thank you to our librarian, volunteers, and patrons who made our Spring Book Fair a success, allowing our students to explore new ideas, imagine new worlds, and follow their curiosity through every new page. 📚✨

“The hands are the instruments of man’s intelligence.”
— Maria Montessori, The Absorbent Mind

Our Early Childhood Practical Life Showcase last week celebrated the order, concentration, coordination, and independence of our youngest learners. From slicing, tonging, and pouring to serving with grace and courtesy, our students demonstrated how meaningful work builds focus, confidence, and joy in everyday life.

“We must give the child not only knowledge of the world but the power and the means to go on finding things out for himself.”
— Maria Montessori, From Childhood to Adolescence

Our annual Academic Showcase last week celebrated the curiosity, creativity, and research of our students from LE through MS. From early explorations to in-depth investigations, our learners proudly shared the questions they pursued and the discoveries they made about themselves and the world around them along the way.

“Watching a child makes it obvious that the development of his mind comes through his movements.”
— Maria Montessori, The Absorbent Mind

Thank you to all the volunteers and donors who made yesterday’s Field and Fun Day a success in all possible ways!!! Students explored their physical abilities, practiced teamwork, and strengthened concentration—all while having a blast together in the field and garden. Every step, scoot, and toss was an opportunity to grow and discover.

In honor of Montessori Education Week, our teachers reflected on what brought us to Montessori Education and what keeps us here.

Here are some examples:
-Teaching the process of thinking
-Building relationships with children
-Love for the profession and impact on the future of kids and the planet
-Learning through the kids feeds me
-The kids remind me of me as a child
-Montessori really teaches about the value of the connectedness of the whole world
-Montessori brings my soul joy
-Following the child
-Flexibility; when the child is ready to keep going, you can do that
-Montessori has brought me more happiness than I’ve had in a long time
-Creating a space for children to see and become hope for themselves and their future

So… what keeps you here, Bobcat Families?
