After fighting the nonstop rain and rescheduling more than once, we finally found the perfect little spot in Cypress to capture Asia’s senior session — and it was completely worth the wait. 🎓✨

I’ve known this beautiful girl since kindergarten, so getting to photograph such a huge milestone in her life made this session even more special. It’s hard to believe that tomorrow she’ll officially be walking the stage and graduating.

Watching these kids grow up so fast is always bittersweet, and it reminds me just how important it is to capture these memories before life moves into the next chapter.

After multiple reschedules because of all the rain lately, we finally managed to make her downtown senior session happen — and it could not have turned out more beautiful. The city lights, the excitement of graduation around the corner, and this milestone season all came together perfectly. 🎓✨

With senior season officially coming to an end, this session meant a little extra to me.

I’ve had the honor of watching this beautiful girl grow up since middle school as one of my daughter’s best friends, and now in just a few days this weekend I get the honor of watching them walk the stage and graduating high school while also earning their cosmetology certifications. It’s such a special milestone and such a bittersweet reminder of how quickly the years have gone by.

I can’t wait to see what the future has in store for her.

This sweet floral cake smash session started off a little shy and timid, but by the end of the session she was having so much fun exploring, playing, and enjoying her special day. Even though we only got a few smiles, those little expressions and curious moments made this session so incredibly sweet and memorable.

Not every cake smash session is full of huge smiles the entire time — sometimes the quiet, serious, and playful moments tell the story perfectly too, and I absolutely loved capturing them for this family.

One of the biggest things I’ve learned as a photographer is that people only see the final gallery — not everything that happens before it.

The planning, late nights, learning new skills, upgrading equipment, organizing sessions, answering messages, backing up files, and creating an experience clients will remember long after the photos are delivered.

This is not just a hobby for me. This is my livelihood. This business is how I provide for my family, support my home, and continue building something meaningful for my future and my children. This simple all white setup kept the focus exactly where it should be — on those sweet smiles, messy fingers, and all the personality that came out once the cake hit the floor. Watching little ones celebrate this huge milestone is always one of my favorite parts of what I do.
