Insomniac Spirit Research & Investigation travels our country in order to obtain evidence of the afterlife via scientific method. We post evidence as to share and encourage others in their similar quests. If we obtain credible evidence, often we will make public announcements and return to that location. We do this so that others in the area that want to investigate with us, might do so.

Insomniac receives many requests to remove negative energy from homes and commercial properties. It is important to remember that once the energy has been removed to keep your homes and space clean and clear of negative actions and thoughts so that the negative doesn’t move back in.

This is as simple as removing all clutter from your home and keeping your space clean. It is also important to take time out of your day to think about those upsetting events that occurred and by doing so, letting them go.

I find that meditating and lighting my candles helps me Center and reminds me to concentrate on the positive things I have in my life as well as eliminating unnecessary stress if at all possible.

Keep centered my friends. Life is short and should be experienced as much as possible
