🙌🏼🥳 it’s almost TIME!

We have had several ask how they can help, we thought maybe a quick post with our list would be a better helpful way to outreach.

🎊 The community has shown UP & shown OUT! We are so appreciative of every single thing you have provided and donated to bring this event back to the community CELEBRATION. 💝

➡️ Current Needs:
•GIFT CARDS : we want to equip these graduates with a little relief in the next chapter of life. We could use gift cards in the amount of $10-$50. 💳
•Canned soda (we ask for the basics: (Dr. Pepper/Dt Dr. Pepper, Sprite, 7UP, Diet Coke/Coke)
•Capri Suns (any flavor)
•cold brew coffee
•individual bags of chips
•individual snack cakes or mini muffins packs

🎁🙌🏼Every donation, big or small, makes a difference and helps us celebrate our graduates in a meaningful way.

💡 Did you know we have multiple ways to help make Project Graduation 2026 a successful experience for all graduates?

🛍️ We have an Amazon List that is conveniently accessible to shop whenever you’re able! We wanted a way for those smaller businesses, community groups and families to shop when the time fits best for them. This list ranges from $2-$300 items that can be purchased once, twice or more if the gift of giving arrives for you. 🎁

➡️Our goal in bringing PG to our community is to hold an event that will bring success to each graduate no matter what their next chapter in adulthood may bring. This includes, dorm supplies, apartment living, home purchases, trade careers, college supplies, cleaning supplies, and just hobby projects that our grads have interest.

🎁🎓During our event, the graduates will have ample opportunity to earn Funny Money. This Funny Money is collected during the night and spent as needed. We have 4+ ways for each graduate to win and the more support we receive from this community = more opportunities to give away.

1. Funny Money Mart: this store opens up during PG with the graduates being able to shop for items to use for the days to come. These items are usually a little more affordable and we’ve tried to create options that have bulk for the greatest deal.

2. Funny Money Raffle: this is a great opportunity to see items that are just “not for everybody”. These things may cost a little more money and are not always feasible to a fresh graduate. We saw great interest in this opportunity and can’t wait to see what will be available this year! Ideas we saw came from wishlists like: fishing supplies, podcast tables, deep freezers, chairs, camping equipment, electrician tools, musical tools, construction tools etc.

👋👋🏼We also ask businesses that are trade specific to donate baskets/buckets filled with items to create success in their line of work. (Ex: electrician, plumber, construction, cosmetologists, photographer experiences, and the list goes on)

3. Drawn Giveaways: during the night, we will draw randomly 12 graduates every 30 minutes. These drawn students will receive either a cash prize, gift card, or idea of $100 value.

4. Gift Cards: we have included at the bottom of this Amazon list physical gift cards. Our grads will have many expenses occur entering adulthood, and sometimes cash runs out a little quicker than a gift card. We ask for gift cards averaging $25 or less to help us be able to gift more grads. 💕

Each item should give you the option to have these things shipped right to our Board of Education with the attention to Project Graduation.

We thank each and every person that has contributed to Project Graduation, last year brought so much success and fun. We can’t wait to celebrate again!
