This partnership between Minnetonka Police and Minnetonka Community Education provides new residents with a deeper understanding of public safety, local laws and the many services available in our community.

Here are pictures from Dmitrii and Svetlana's naturalization ceremony last Monday.

They arrived from Russia in October of 2019 and immediately started classes with the Adult Options. According to Dmitrii, it was Svetana's childhood dream to live in the US and practice her beadwork. She is very talented and came on an artist visa.

They first lived with friends and worked very hard to be able to rent a studio apartment in Minneapolis. Today they own their own home in Mound.

They are truly living the American dream! Congratulations 🎉🎉
