Here are a few simple breathing practices that you can incorporate into your daily routine. I have used breathing, crystal energy, discipline practices, light and sound healing, and more for some time, now. I've gotta tell you, with the tremendous amounts of anxiety, inner-discord, constant health issues, etc that I experienced from age 20-25, this stuff has been truly revitalizing. My natural character makes me feel the need to do LOTS of research, practice, and daily use of anything that I don't have prior knowledge of. This is why I've dedicated these past few years to understanding the more elusive and esoteric side of life. For anyone who needs to hear this, id like to clarify that just because I've taken the holistic and spiritual road in life doesn't mean that I don't have days that I feel a little down, unmotivated, uninspired, etc. The difference now is that I always rebound. Rebound quicker than I could have ever imagined in the past. I believe in inspiring every single person to first, get curious about the things you never thought you could have faith in. Then, put your faith to work and make s**t happen for yourself. We all deserve everything- even the things we cannot see, feel, hear, smell or touch ❤️

Working on a blog post for creating high-vibe crystal candles! I have been working with over 500 stones that I've personally panned, picked, cleared & cleansed, and tumbled for 3+ months. For the candle in the pic, I chose to use and infused a Coconut Milk & Patchouli aromatherapy oil 🥥🍼🌿 Let me know what you guys think!

I admittedly have only recently understood the value and meaning of statements like this. The idea of permitting yourself to be still. This is the same idea that embodies things like meditation, relaxation, breathing, mindfulness, etc. I hope this resonates when you need it most. 💫❤️

Over the past few years I’ve been completely focused on truly aligning myself with A mission, passion, purpose, & true authenticity. Through trial & error, tons of broke days, fortunate occurrences, hopelessness & exhaustion, rebranding & rebuilding, & more, I have finally solidified the answers & created a well-defined/clear path. I’ve never made a wish or said a prayer that didn’t include other people besides myself. I believe in profound forgiveness & love, infinite perspectives, & contributing every gift & skill I've been blessed with, to contribute purposefully to our global societies. I've had times when I was so deeply invested in discovering myself that I ironically ”lost myself”. This path hasn't been easy. Humility, Compassion, Trust, Faith, & Curiosity have been assets to my continued pursuit. I know I am far from where id like to be but with my most valued, hardest to harness, & greatest characteristic, Patience, even more Progress will be made.
