WVPE attended the Democratic Caucus Press Conference at Piedmont Elementary School in Charleston today. Legislators responded to questions from the media and the public. The caucus is asking Governor Morrisey to call a special session to address the School Aid Funding Formula. They also passed out this flyer that presents their intentions.
