Wondering what the course will be like? Sarah walked it yesterday from her house reaching close to 6 miles. It is a beautiful and peaceful hidden gem of a trail in our area. It conveniently is marked where the start of the 5k is and the turn around. On race day we will mark the 2 mile run walk turn around by placing a cone and a sign knowing that you have reached 1 mile and you should turn around and come back. This will be an out and back course for both of the distances.

It starts out on a paved trail and then turns to crushed gravel. He will go under some bridges., over some small bridges that cross water, in a lot of the area is mostly shaded with tree coverage. There are a few benches along the way for those walking that may need to take a break. We will have a table with water along the race route.

The start and finish is right behind the band shelter. This is also where our packet pick up and then post race drinks and awards will take place.

Be sure to register early and share with friends as a more participants we get the more money we can donate back to the Holmen High school sports.
