This morning Tommy surprised me with a nature hike and a sweet picnic 🧺 on top of Roan Mountain 🏔️ “high buff look out”

On this journey i share my thoughts about religious beliefs snd how i believe its time that we All come together as a human family accepting one another’s systems as simply a way that we eqch worship our faith snd thats it instead of constantly trying to be right!!

What’s the point of all if this if all its doing is creating separations ?? Thats what THEY 👹👿 want!!!

Today on Crazy to Clarity™… Part 2 of being on Grandfather Mountain!

Can we truly change the patterns that keep showing up in our lives?

Can we actually change our unconscious mind or do we simply become more aware of our patterns and learn to respond differently?

I woke up thinking about this question the other day, and it sent me down a rabbit hole. 🧐

What I discovered was close to what I suspected but perhaps not in the way we usually hear it explained.

There are different schools of thought, so in this video, I’m sharing my perspective through the lens of emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and our capacity for change.

Today on Crazy to ClarityTM we are talking about PERIMENOPAUSE and MENOPAUSE AND THE REST OF IT!

Here's the good news, there is solutions and there is hope to the madness.

The bad news, is that we ALL have to STOP LISTENING TO THE MAINSTREAM TELLING US ITS A CRISIS that can't be solved!

Here's the reality, there are many countries all over the world with Women going through the same exact biological changes but why are they dealing with it differently and how come some of them don't experience the same symptoms and drama that we do here in the States??

I will let you think about that one and if you have been following me or others in the Holistic and Alterative Space for a while you will understand the reasons for that!!

so, what's the solution?

We have spoken many times about this same thing and maybe I sound like a broken record but sorry, there's nothing I can do if the truth is the truth!

So, without going too much into it, there is a wonderful life now and into the future on this path called Perimenopause and Menopause

In many cultures this is a very special and important transition for women!

So, let's embrace it and move into it with grace and intention.
