🌿 Our 5th graders had an unforgettable virtual visit with author and scientist Meg Lowman! She shared her amazing adventures studying rain forest canopies and inspired our students to explore the wonders of nature. 🌳✨

Woods Creek Elementary is shining bright as we celebrate Diwali, the Festival of Lights! Our students and staff joined in the celebration by wearing beautiful traditional outfits filled with vibrant colors and joy. It was wonderful to see our school community come together to honor and learn about this special tradition.

A huge shoutout to Ms. Mimi, Mrs. Yanduri, Mrs. Basani, Mrs. Saranya and Mrs. Saurabh for setting up the beautiful display, letting us borrow traditional dresses for the occasion, and setting up a sweet and savory sampling for staff to enjoy!
