Congratulations to Ms. Urquijo, who was awarded the MAGIC Key after being nominated by her colleagues for leading with heart in all she does!

Ms. Urquijo creates a warm, welcoming classroom where her students feel valued, supported, and ready to learn. She extends that same spirit beyond her classroom by helping create a welcoming school culture through her leadership of our Sunshine Committee.

Our wizards brought the energy, the excitement, and a whole lot of school spirit to our Wizard Magic Challenge Pep Rally! We had an absolute blast coming together to refresh and test our knowledge on the MAGIC expectations we follow every single day. From fun challenges to loud cheers, our wizards proved they've got what it takes to make every day MAGICAL!

Parents, we have a challenge for you tonight!
Ask your wizard at the dinner table or before bed: "What does each letter in MAGIC stand for?" We are 100% confident they know them all and can't wait to show off their wizardly wisdom!

The countdown is over—tomorrow is the FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL for our Tracks 1, 2, and 3 Wizards! Our staff has spent the past several days learning, collaborating, and preparing exciting experiences to make this school year unforgettable.

This year, we're kicking off the Wizard Learning Challenge, where students will be encouraged to Engage, Analyze, and Create as they grow into confident, innovative learners.

Get a good night's sleep, charge those smiles, and we'll see everyone tomorrow morning! It's going to be a magical year at Woods Creek Elementary! 💙💛✨
