Our club is composed of men and women of all ages. In addition, high school Key Club members participate in our activities and fundraisers. We sponsor several major child-focused fundraisers and service projects each year including Kids Appreciation Day / Terrific Kids Award Ceremony, the Happy Holly Days Parade, ...the Dictionary Project and the Scholarship Project. Today marks 20 years of service for the Kiwanis Club of Holly Springs, chartered on September 4, 2002.
We are saddened by the recent passing of Mayor Dick Sears. Mayor Sears was a Charter Member of the Holly Springs Club and was dedicated to the children of our community. He was the Master of Ceremonies at the annual Kids Appreciation Day each year.
Thank you, Mayor Sears, for your contribution in serving the children in Holly Springs and ensuring that the town is a great place to raise a family.
We send prayers to his wife, Mollie, and their family.
