As our leading lady Carol Ann takes on day 4 of the Mountains to Coast NC bike ride, we wanted to share how it’s been going! ⬇️⬇️

Having completed almost 200m so far, Carol Ann has seen some incredible bodies of water! From simple farm ponds, the Catawba River, High Rock Lake, and even Lake Norman 🌊🌊
It has made her think of all the places where WATER SAFETY IS IMPORTANT 🛟🏊‍♀️🏊
All of these beautiful places could be dangerous without knowing how to swim!!
