I am Ted Zanella, a lifelong resident of Hollister, CA. I attended Spring Grove School (then simply referred to as North County), and was a member of the school's very first 8th grade graduating class in 1976! I grew up in Hollister's North County, and that is where my wife Lisa and I now make our home. Our 7-year old daughter Annina is in the second grade at Spring Grove School. Because I am a hu

ge advocate for children and their education, I am stepping forward not only to make a bid for a seat as a Governing Board Member of the North County Joint Union School District, but to make a difference in decisions that affect Spring Grove School and our children's education. Both myself and Lisa have volunteered many hours at Spring Grove School, and have grown to appreciate the amazing educators we have there. I'd like to Humbly request your support in the November 2014 election.

Our Story

I am Ted Zanella, a lifelong and passionate resident of Hollister, CA. I attended Spring Grove School, formerly known as North County, and was a member of the very first 8th grade graduating class in 1976! Hollister’s North County has been my home and am proud to have my 10-year old daughter Annina attend Spring Grove School

As a long-term resident and father, it was a natural step for me when I ran for a seat as a Governing Board Member of North County Joint Union School District in 2014. I was delighted that my fellow residents had confidence in me and elected me as a Trustee back then. It has been my pleasure to work with the community, teachers, administration and staff of Spring Grove School / North County Join Union School District. I remain committed to all students and strive to make the very best decisions as a member of the Board of Trustees. My wife Lisa and I have volunteered many hours at Spring Grove School and have grown to appreciate our amazing and dedicated educators. Our school community continues to thrive under the committed, trusted and valued leadership of our Superintendent/Principal, Jenny Bernosky.
