February is done! Way more color/temp variations in February than January! We even had a 74 degree day which is that one pink thrown in there! I am really loving this design.
This page will be a space to show all of my completed projects. I enjoy crafting and sharing them!

Although my Lions didn’t make it to the superbowl today, I did finish Marc’s corner to corner afghan! It was my first time trying this style afghan. It was definitely a learning process and a real labor of love! It was a great project to work on while I was recovering from surgery. I would definintely try another but maybe a little less intricate pattern! Keeping track of ALL thise color changes definitely had a learning curve.
I do think I am going to add a fabric backing to this one so that it can last longer.

January is complete! Super cold temps with just a couple color changes! I think I am really going to like this pattern for my 2024 blanket!

Another January and another decision to try a new temperature blanket! This one will be WAY different than the last one. I saw a cool pattern and thought it would be perfect. Now to get caught up since I was 23 days behind.

One positive from staying home to rest from this crud I have is actually getting to finish the month of October. I’m still all of November behind, but hey… Halloween and parent teacher conferences are my busy season 🤣. Although yellows are my favorite, I am excited to add some blues back in for next month!

New month, new update. We have cycled back to a few cooler temperatures but overall, September was a warm month. Looking forward to more greens and blues!

Another month down. Another month of warm temps brought only 3 color changes. I am hoping to see more color changes in this next month.

This is my “lucky ducky” for my classroom this year. He will visit with my lucky ducky student helper each day. He was super fun to make and my first time piecing a crochet animal together. I see more animals in my future!

Pinterest and YouTube are great for teaching me new crochet stitches. This was a project I made for my friend for her tropical themed classroom! At first she looked angry so I needed to make her smile a bit more! The pattern credit goes to Knot Bad and can be found at knotbadami.com

July was super busy so I am a few days late…but here are the warm colors of July. We had warm temperatures so LOTS of orange and red! 8 months in, I wonder when the colors will start to cycle back.
