What a summer in the kitchen! 👩‍🍳☀️

Our young chefs spent the summer cooking, baking, creating, competing, and building some serious kitchen skills along the way.

From handmade pasta, fresh bread, sauces and desserts to culinary and baking challenges inspired by Chopped, Iron Chef, Cupcake Wars and more — every week brought something new to the table.

Campers learned essential techniques, worked together as teams, explored flavors from around the world, practiced plating and presentation, and even stepped into the role of restaurateurs — creating menus and serving meals they made themselves.

A summer full of new skills, new flavors, creativity, confidence and plenty of delicious memories. ❤️

Join us for dinner on our glass-enclosed, climate-controlled Hoboken rooftop, with Manhattan skyline views. Your chef will prepare five delicious courses served family-style, featuring a seasonal fall menu, while you enjoy live music from 7–10PM. Don't forget — it's BYOB!

Little ones are welcome, too! A $15 children's meal is available when booking a 6:30 or 7:00 PM seating. Choose from four kid-friendly entrées, each served with vegetables and a scoop of vanilla gelato.
