A Collaborative Project with Kua O Ka La Virtual Academy, Goodwill Hawaii Adult Day Health Program,

The Mahi a Ai Cultivate Health and Wellness Rainbow Project is a free, 10-week “garden-to-kitchen” course that will teach teens important life skills in a loving, safe, hands-on learning environment.

We are honored to have spent the last 10 weeks with you and know that you will be the mentors to others now, sharing gardening, IMOs and FPJs, vermicomposting, agroforestry, capoeira, yoga, kim chi!!! How to prepare great food that's nutritious and ONO, use a NINJA and a crock pot, great knife and kitchen skills...
