A Taste of Hilo is Hawaii Island's premiere culinary event. This event features some of our island's best chefs, hidden treasures, and upcoming chefs.

A portion of the proceeds from this event is donated to Hawaii Community College.

The Japanese Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Hawai’i is hosting its “A Taste of Hilo” online silent auction as we raise funds to support Hawai’i Community College students! The bidding begins Sunday, October 16 and runs through October 29.

On October 16 the auction website will go live and you can access the link at tasteofhilo.org
