Your body has a backup plan for when the ideal system isn’t currently working. Your body is never against you, it is always adapting the best it can to the situation at hand.

And most importantly, there is ALWAYS SOMETHING YOU CAN DO! You just gotta find the right professional who truly understands your needs, who can listen, and who lets YOUR body lead the way.

In these tumultuous times, your energy is absolutely gonna ebb and flow. I’m witnessing this in myself, my clients, even in my cats.

Are you seeing it in yourself?
And are you allowing it, are you honoring it?

Your Mystic Mission at this time is to work WITH Reality, not fight it or try to dismiss it.

The way of the feminine, the way of water, the way of the breath itself is to acknowledge and validate this cycle.

It’s the opposite of what our dysfunctional society teaches us. And in these times of collapse and realignment it is vital that we truly take care of ourselves…from the inside out.

I’ve noticed a new pattern in myself where some days I am royally exhausted. Like from my Soul ItSelf. It’s like I’ve unplugged, I’m offline, I’ve got nothing to work with.

So….I’ve decided to completely accept the Reality of those days. I basically give up, I give in, I fully allow the unplug to happen. I usually lie down, maybe nap, maybe have a chat with a friend, or go for a nature walk (or just sit).

What I’ve noticed is that if I fully disconnect (kinda like a computer rebooting), in just a few hours I’m back online refreshed and inspired.

It’s a new pattern in me and I’m choosing to accept and honor it. Instead of fighting the ebb, I go all in and work with it. And each time I seem to pop out the other side, in a state of flow.

After the exhale, there’s an inhale.

As the Equinox approaches I always become more reverent and introspective….I ask myself important questions….

• Am I living in alignment with my integrity?

• Am I honoring my authenticity with bravery?

• Am I working with Reality, or in denial or defiance?

• Am I practicing intentionality & reciprocity?

• Am I proud of my contributions to humanity?

• And where am I in need of support?

I invite you to take honest, compassionate self-inventory during this Equinox portal. This is the responsibility of a rising mystic in a world in collapse and realignment.

We are not here to fall prey to the despair, but instead to anchor and broadcast the Light for those who wish to see.

This isn’t about denial of the horrors, but a refusal to turn away from the role we must play.

We must embody hope, compassion, resilience, strength, and commitment…and that begins with ourselves.

I believe our evolution beckons us to follow.
As in a future, more evolved self, invites us to step into higher and higher expressions of ourselves.

I think that we can even be seduced by our future selves. In the best way possible 🔥

You know you’re being courted by your Higher Self when….👇

✅ You no longer feel comfortable with the incongruity between who you are and who you know you could be/ want to be!

✅ You deeply respect authenticity and vulnerability in other people and even wish you could be that more! But there’s probably a big fear here in becoming that yourself.

✅ You don’t enjoy shallow conversations as you once did, and find yourself preferring to dive deeper into connection and solution conversation (instead of complaining and gossip).

✅ Inside you deeply crave conscious, spiritual community, but you don’t know either where to find it, or how to hold sacred space yourself (which means it’s hard to do with others).

These can be uncomfortable to downright torturous situations when you’re caught between a lower and higher expression of yourself. Oh, that pain of wanting to be or do more in your life, but unable to do so due to fear and doubt! ☠️

First, recognize that this is great news.
You are being called to uplevel!
And the sooner you accept the call to take action, the sooner the pain of being in-between ends.

Accept the call to duty!
You are your assignment.
That call within is for you to answer.
