I've got some guitar backing tracks available for my students to play along with. Here is an example of me playing three different rolls to 'bile them cabbage' guitar backing track. Just let me know which song you'd like and I can email it to you. Just put the song on repeat and play along 'til you're a pro :-)

Good finger picks are a must for banjo picking. I prefer the ProPik2 metal finger picks and the Golden Gate thumb pick. These are relatively inexpensive and easy to find on the internet.
