Let your love for Jesus show through your actions today. ❤️✨

John 14:15 reminds us that loving Jesus means keeping His commands. Love is more than what we say; it is reflected in how we live. Our relationship with Christ calls us to choose His ways, even when they challenge our comfort, test our patience, or require us to put others before ourselves.

Following Jesus means extending grace when it would be easier to hold a grudge, forgiving when we would rather remain angry, serving when no one is watching, and choosing what is right even when it is difficult. We don’t obey to earn His love. We obey because we already have it. Our actions become a reflection of the One we love.

This week’s challenge? Fall in love with His ways. Let your faith move beyond words and become visible through your choices, your attitude, and the way you treat others. Don’t just tell Jesus you love Him. Show Him through the way you live. 🙏🏾❤️

As we navigate this important election season, we remain committed to civic engagement, informed participation, and the power of our communities coming together to make a difference.

Hosted by the High Point Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., TCC Community Health Foundation, and Carl Chavis YMCA.

Get moving with cardio kickboxing, boxing, line dancing, and fitness sessions, plus breast cancer education and advocacy with the American Cancer Society.

We are grateful to Reading Connections for their partnership and for the work they do to promote adult literacy and create opportunities for lifelong learning in our community.

Open your heart to His Word today. 📖❤️

Psalm 119:05 reminds us that God’s Word is a lamp for our feet and a light for our path. When you love someone, you want to know them. You want to hear their heart, understand what matters to them, and listen to what they have to say. Our relationship with Jesus should be no different.

The Bible is more than a collection of stories from long ago. It is God’s Word speaking to us, guiding us, correcting us, encouraging us, and reminding us of who He is. When life feels uncertain, His Word provides direction. When we are discouraged, it gives us hope. When we need wisdom, it gives us guidance.

This week’s challenge? Fall in love with His Word. Don’t open your Bible simply because you feel like you should. Open it because you want to know Jesus better. Read with a heart ready to receive, listen, and act. You never know how one Word from God can change your life. 🙏🏾❤️📖
