3 & 4) My Lived Experience
I’m a multiply neurodivergent, late-diagnosed AuDHD adult.
I am q***r and disabled, and I have lived experience in many different recovery spaces and healing modalities.
I’ve had both good and difficult experiences with accessing care.
I’ve learned how inadequate care can be when it’s not affirming, inclusive, or accessible.
Basically: I’ve done a lot of exploring, and I took notes!
I use my experience to help my clients navigate their own struggles.
