Today is World Mental Health Day!

Remember that opening the conversation on the subject of mental health and wellbeing can be a powerful catalyst for change.
Sometimes you have to be the one to take the lead at home, at work or even amongst your friends to start that conversation and remind others that it’s okay to not be okay and it’s okay to seek help for that.

This year has been challenging for everyone in their own way, and it’s not over yet.
People are suffering in their thoughts all around us as we suffer in our own, and sometimes just a conversation to acknowledge and validate those feelings can help us all feel safer, accepted and less burdened.
