I just posted a negative review and then n I got blocked to post a followup. Just a heads up to you people trying to sell your house. They will make you an offer, (with pre-intent knowing they are going to lower it) , want you to sign it, then the very next morning, tell you that they need to lower their offer and then wait until your house is in foreclosure and give you no choice to sell and lose money, their contracts have zero meat behind them. They could offer you a million dollars for your house, you smile, then BOOM, 'but we're sorry, we made numbers up, we like to f... people over, we're here for us, not you'! So luckily I called my lender explained and was able to get my time extended. FYI: Any recommended positive review is generated from an employee, not a customer... , so I'm just being straight and letting you guys know to be careful. After I post this, I'll get blocked from them I'm sure. Thqt says a lot too, right?
