Welcome! I'm Arnav Gupta, a 15 y/o rising sophomore at TJHSST in Northern Virginia. I offer one-on-one chess coaching to players from unrated to 1500.
I started chess at age 5, and have been playing competitively since first grade. I have three VA State Chess Championship titles to my credit. I've contributed significantly in winning State Championship titles, year after year, for my school chess teams from elementary through high school. I have represented VA in numerous national chess events, propelling my rating to 2131.
For interested students, I will give two free lessons of an hour each, followed by an affordable $20/hr rate, one of the best in the market for private lessons!
I will analyze your games and suggest customized improvements, while going over my hand-picked selection of quality games, teaching students valuable lessons on the intricacies of the game.
