Welcoming back for the 5th year Fourth Electric. Hailing from Reston, Virginia, and attending South Lakes High School, the members of Fourth Electric, a rock quartet, met at an acting summer camp in 2015, and that December, when they were merely 5th and 6th graders, their band was formed. Over the course of the next two years, they played in public as often as they could and, in an effort to refine their sound and find a unique genre, practiced in private frequently. As they began writing originals, the unique musical tastes of the four allowed their particular sound to emerge. Diverging from their past as a classic rock cover band, Fourth Electric molded together the styles of their rock influences with the modern movement known as Bedroom Pop or Slacker Rock. In late 2017, Elijah Bishop joined the band on bass, bringing a much heavier low end to their sound and another creative mind into the mix. Around the same time, Kacey started singing, as well as playing guitar, her voice lent itself perfectly to the relaxed sound of the band. And, throughout these changes, Charlie and Eddie continued developing their technique on guitar and drums, respectively. Collaborating together, in a band, has been an excellent catalyst for musical growth.
