The Jentopia Farm Project Located in Herald. Having fun on the farm with classes, fieldtrips, and farm life. Growing up, I always wanted a farm of my own. Time passed, I grew up.

The dream was still there. One day I woke up and realized if I don't pursue my dreams now there may come a time when they are no longer possible. So here I am, a mom of 2 with a very helpful toddler in tow, learning and living the dream of the Jentopia Farm Project! I hope you enjoy watching our adventures as the farm continues to change and grow.

We are looking to downsize our flock.
Multiple laying hens of various breeds, colors, mixes, ages, and egg colors. We get a lot of green, occassionally olive eggs, and some dark red/brown too.

I also have goats for grazing or future milkers. Mini nubians mostly. They are excellent milkers from lines I have been working on for 12 years. Not registered.
Hazel is looking to sell 2 of her registered and very friendly nigerian wether kids.
Potentially looking to rehome our small flock of quail. I have been breeding them for 12 years but we are down to 10-12 birds.

Hazel put her silkie chicks she hatched out with the mamas and other 2 babies being raised by the hens. Crazy Snowy immediately accepted them into her broody arms. Here they are enjoying the heat of the black hen before bed.

Did you know Ben Franklin loved turkeys and wanted to make them the national bird? Sundae and I aren't sure how that never came to be! We think Sundae would make a great national bird! He is already red, white, and blue.
