Our Quick Escape two piece lid strap utilizes OE components configured in an efficient and effective package.

With a 33” extended length you can easily mask up through the strap or drape your helmet over your pack.

Symmetric helmet attachments left and right offer a balanced fit and appearance.

EZ grab tab provides a positive stop against the slide and gives you an identifiable end to grab when it’s time to go to work.

Fits any helmet. We utilize Chicago screws to fix the strap to your lid and maintain a slim profile so the strap can pass through any helmet manufacturers attachment point.

Starting salary for recruits:
• Firefighter Recruit EMT: $55,526
• Firefighter Recruit AEMT: $58,526
• Firefighter Recruit Paramedic: $62,026

Starting salary for certified firefighters (certified FFII with 2+ years of paid structural firefighting experience):
• Firefighter EMT: $59,993
• Firefighter AEMT: $62,993
• Firefighter Paramedic: $66,493

Other pay and benefits:
• 48/96 work schedule
• Educational pay incentive available
• 5% salary increase after successful completion of 12-month probationary period
• Eligible for driver promotion at three years
• TCRS retirement
• Transportation allowance, dental, vision, and more

Minimum Requirements:
• 21+ years old
• 60 college credits OR 30+ college credits with 2 years as a paid structural firefighter

Preferred:
• Firefighter II (IFSAC/ProBoard) and Paramedic (TN/NREMT)
