Update: going to go back to the police dept tomorrow to attempt to press charges.

Update: TRIED to file charges. HPD is trying to say I can’t but I can do it at the municipal court?🤣🤣
I know for 100% fact if I drag that teacher I’d be arrested immediately but she can do this to MULTIPLE children and is able to still be free? FK THAT.

Here’s the best part; the detective told me in the state of Texas they have a law that basically says once you drop your child off at the schools you’re giving the teachers rights to “act as parents”.
NEGATIVE.
I know me as a mother, I would NEVER drag my child across the floor, put them in a a head lock, or yank them up from the ground. But okay.
I WILL NOT STOP UNTIL THIS LADY GOES TO JAIL FOR WHAT SHE DID TO MY BABY.
WE ALREADY MADE THE NEWSPAPER AND I PROMISE ILL MAKE THE NEWS BEHIND MINE.

Why did the school just now send the report over to the police dept 5 minutes after I leave from there to press charges?? THREE days after the incident?? CRAZY WORK.
WHY WASNT THE REPORT SENT THE SAME DAY?
Bc y’all thought I was gonna let it go?

That woman drug my son THREE times across the hallway and je**ed him up off the floor so hard we literally gasped

I’m not able to message for 24 hours (should be able to by 5 this evening) the only thing we can really say at this point is; actions have been taken. Reports have been and will be made. I go tomorrow morning at 8:30 to view video for myself and will be at the police station right after that. I will be filing against teacher, principal, and school.

3 weeks ago she put another child in a chokehold and was able to return to school without any parents being notified. Not to mention they (principal and teacher) LIED TO POLICE AND CPS and said they told the child’s parent yet they actually waited THREE DAYS TO INFORM THEM!

I just got a message from another parent who’s child is in that class “Hey! I’m so sorry about what happened to your son. My daughter had mentioned something a couple of weeks ago about McCoy shoving her in the bathroom because she was taking too long. I thought she was trying to make something up because she got in trouble that week. Now, my friend who also has a daughter in that class are trying to put two and two together because they have done things that no one in our family does. For one, pinching people and asking “Do you understand what I’m saying now?”.”

THIS HAPPENED TO MY CHILD AT WYLIE PRIMARY ON MAY 5TH 2025!
