📣 HR Career Opportunity – State of Montana (Helena) 📣

The Montana Department of Agriculture is hiring a Human Resources Manager based in Helena.

This leadership role is responsible for shaping agency HR strategy and overseeing key HR functions including employee relations, performance management, recruitment, compliance (EEO, ADA, FMLA, FLSA), labor relations, training and development, and payroll coordination. The position also supervises an HR Generalist and a Human Resources & Office Assistant and works closely with the State Human Resources Division.

🔹 Salary: $83,200 annually
🔹 Schedule: Full-time | Telework eligible (hybrid, supervisor approved)
🔹 Benefits: Health insurance, paid leave & holidays, retirement plan
🔹 Location: Helena, MT
🔹 Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of HR experience
