Since enrolling in and graduating from HERBalachia ’s Herbalism Lifestyle Course last year, one of our goals has been to grow more herbal plant allies here on our homestead. 🌿

Calendula has been such a wonderful addition to our garden. Harvesting it is a joy, and to our delight, it reseeded itself and came back with even more beautiful blooms this year!

These golden calendula flowers have made their way into teas and salves that we use in our own home, and we’ve recently started offering some of our homegrown herbal products to customers at farmers markets and faires.

We’re curious—would our online customers be interested in seeing more of our homegrown herbs and herbal preparations in the shop? Let us know what you’d like to see! 🌼

And if you’re interested in learning more about herbs and herbalism, you might want to check out the Sassafras Festival, a FREE herbal festival hosted by Herbalachia on September 19 in Erwin, TN. It’s a wonderful opportunity to learn, connect with other herbal folks, and celebrate the plants around us.

Maybe we’ll see you there! 🌿

There’s something enchanting and magical about wandering through the woods with no particular destination in mind. 🌿✨

I headed out for a walk to photograph some incense and ended up surrounded by mushrooms—so many shapes, colors, and textures growing on the trees and forest floor. It felt like stumbling into a little hidden world.

It seemed like the perfect setting for Enchantment, a rich blend of rose, sandalwood, and frankincense—floral, warm, earthy, and just a little mysterious.

Every stick is handmade, and every purchase supports our small business and our family. It also helps us continue sourcing from and supporting other small businesses along the way. ❤️

Thank you for choosing handmade, small-batch goods and for letting us keep doing what we love.
