The 43rd annual Muskingum County vs. Licking County football all-star game kicks off at 7:00 PM on Friday night from Sulsberger Stadium at Zanesville High School.

Different motivations, but common cause spurs Licking County all-stars Licking County hopes its talent on both sides of the ball is enough to end a four-game losing streak to Muskingum Valley.

It’s hard to put into words how much we will miss Mr. Justus.

Coming to Lakewood, he stepped into a challenging situation and immediately went to work bringing stability, structure, and vision to our athletic programs. Through his leadership, our schools, athletes, coaches, and supporters found a renewed sense of direction and pride.

For the Athletic Boosters, he was more than an administrator he was a partner, an advocate, and a friend. He believed in collaboration, valued our efforts, and helped build a relationship that strengthened our entire athletic community.

While we are excited for this next chapter in his career, his impact here will not be forgotten. The foundation he helped build will continue to benefit our student-athletes for years to come.

Thank you for your leadership, your support, your friendship, and your unwavering commitment to our students and community. We wish you nothing but success in your new role, but kind of hope you hate it and want to come back.😉 You will always be part of the Lancer family, and you will be greatly missed.

And while it pains a community full of Buckeye fans to say it, we’ll even give you one last “Go Blue” as you head into this next chapter. Just don’t get used to hearing it from us! 💙❤️
