Exploration. Connections. Opportunity.

Our Career Fair gave students the chance to step into their future! From asking questions at vendor booths to participating in career conversations, our students were fully engaged in discovering what’s possible after graduation.

A special thank you to every professional and organization that showed up to support and inspire our students. Because of you, our scholars are one step closer to turning their goals into reality.

Thank you to everyone who made this day impactful!

Recap of our LCCTC College Application Day!! During Free Application Week, students were able to apply to multiple colleges in Alabama for free. We brought together Calhoun and Central Seniors to assist them with their applications. We appreciate the on-campus support provided by Miles College and University of South Alabama recruiters. Additionally, several students received scholarships from Miles College. We are grateful for our Superintendent, Ms. Jeter's, encouragement and support of our students.

🎯 Find Your Path. Find Your People. CTSO Recruitment Day is your opportunity to connect, compete, and shape your future. 🙌

Kicking off the school year, our first event was a tremendous success, and everyone had a great time participating. CTSO Recruitment Day was a school-wide event where students explored various Career and Technical Student Organizations (CTSOs) related to their Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs. Students had the chance to visit booths, meet current members, learn about competitions and leadership opportunities, and discover how joining a CTSO can enhance their skills, foster friendships, and pave the way for their future careers. This day served as an excellent start to showcase opportunities, ignite interest, and encourage students to get involved!
