Crazy cool flying over controlled burn piles last night! Against the colors left from the sunset… it was almost magical. 🙂

There she is, KSZT welcome home! After being re-homed in Priest River for a few weeks during runway repair, we are back and flying again out of our favorite airport. 🥰

Sitting backseat during a flight lesson is great for learning to fly! You can observe the pilot getting their lesson, and it’s amazing what you’ll notice when you’re not in the hot seat! Take time to let it all sink in and enjoy the views while you’re at it! :)

Smokey flights test your skills as a pilot. It’s also a good reason to know how to fly by instrument reference. But look at that orange sunset!

Traded wheels for floats and pavement for water! Only a short week and a half, but we were able to fit in 4 Seaplane ratings

Pattern work at KSZT, getting close to !!! Sorry for the neighbor who heard us making all that noise, lap after lap. Just trying to drill in the crosswind landings before the big day!!
