📚 CAPES Study Tip ✏️

Don’t wait until the night before a test to start studying! Give yourself a head start by creating your study materials early and reviewing them over multiple nights. A little preparation each day can make a big difference!

Behind every message, email, and question is a real person. 💙💛

I might be responding from the car while Adam naps, answering emails while he plays around me, working early in the morning, or catching up late at night. No matter where I am, I’m always making sure our families, students, and teachers feel heard and supported.

At CAPES, messages aren’t answered with automated responses or copy-and-paste replies. Every message is read, understood, and answered with intention and care.

It might take me a little while to get back to you, but I always will. 😊

In this week’s “Why CAPES?” post, one of our staff members shares how Carly has always been there to listen and offer support, while also giving teachers the flexibility to create schedules that work for them. 💛

We’re proud to create a workplace where our teachers feel supported, valued, and trusted! 📚🌟
