Brand new schedule for October. All evening classes at Woodloch are Yin-based classes.

Pre-registration for The Hawley Hub is required at least 2 hours before the start of class. To register, follow the link in my bio. It is $15 per class or $60 for a five-class package.

Every Thursday morning at 8:30 in The Eddy Studio at The Hawley Hub, join me for Sunrise Yoga.

Sunrise yoga focuses on sun salutations conducted Hatha-style.

We open with a warm up, then move into a sun salutation sequence, and finally we end with a short pranayama (breathing) exercise.

One class is $15, your first is free. You can also purchase a bundle of 5 classes for $60.
