George Strub - BSISD Election Page Big Sandy Trustee since August 2017 Thanks for visiting my BSISD School Board Election Page. A few things about me:
My wife and kids both attended Big Sandy ISD.

Feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions about me and my re-election campaign. My daughter graduated in 2018 and my son in 2020. (What a year that was!)
I have served as a:
- Band Booster volunteer for over 10 years...even after my kids graduated.
- site-based committee member for two BSISD campuses.
- charter member of the Big Sandy Rotary Club since February of 1997
- voluntee

r for RYLA (Rotary Youth Leadership Awards) since 1997, where I have helped to change lives of thousands of students.
- member and officer of the Big Sandy Chamber of Commerce for at least 25 years.
- BSISD School Board Trustee since August of 2017.
- an ordained elder and assistant pastor for Grace Communion Big Sandy since 2014. It would be my privilege to continue serving as a Trustee on our District's School Board. If you feel inclined to do so, I as for your vote in the upcoming May 2024 election.
